Dr. Welborn is Florida's Veterinarian of the Year
Dr. Link Welborn, Board Certified in Canine and Feline Practice, received the prestigious Veterinarian of the Year Award for 2005 from the Florida Veterinary Medical Association. This award is granted to the veterinarian that has contributed the most to the veterinary profession on a national and local level.

Dr. Welborn is the immediate past president of the American Animal Hospital Association which is the governing body for veterinary medical standards, and did much for the advancement of veterinary hospital standards during his reign. He continues to work on a national level to promote safety in pet vaccination and higher standards for the veterinary profession. Dr. Welborn is one of the owners and a practicing veterinarian of this website¹s four hospital group, and focuses on providing outstanding care for every client and every patient everyday.
