Dr. Vetter has lived all over the United States (North Carolina, California, Illinois, and Texas), but she considers Athens, Georgia, home. She loves cats and their unique behavioral and medical needs. She really enjoys the culture at the Cat Doctors and the many opportunities to learn something new.
Dr. Vetter received her ABJ (Bachelor of Arts in Journalism) degree in Magazines and Photojournalism from The University of Georgia in 2009 and completed post-baccalaureate studies in Biology at the University of North Georgia thereafter. She attended The University of Georgia for her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (Go Dawgs!), and is completing a rotating internship with Bluepearl Veterinary Partners in Tampa in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery.
Dr. Vetter spends her free time knitting, crocheting, practicing photography, writing, running and watching GEORGIA FOOTBALL!! She loves traveling, and has visited 12 countries thus far. She shares her home with her husband, Chris, along with their eight cats and 1 dog. She is very close with her family who live in Georgia.
Dr. Vetter values providing the very best care to her patients, and is striving to pursue her ABVP certification in Feline Medicine.
