Dedicated Care
When you come to Tampa Palms Animal Hospital, you are entering a space that is dedicated to the best when it comes to pet care. We treat your pets as our own. Ask any of our team — they wouldn’t bring their pets anywhere else.
Part of what makes us so special is our dedication to accommodating clients, providing them with as many opportunities and options for care as possible. We want to say “Yes” to our clients. Yes to availability, accessibility, and yes to excellent care.
We pride ourselves on our commitment to care: we are there to serve our clients, and we will see them in whatever ways make the most sense depending on their needs. If our clinic is full, and your pet needs treatment, we will triage the pet as an emergency or urgent care visit without charging an extra fee.
We are committed to ensuring pets feel comfortable during their visits, which can look like providing treats (when allowed), and even bringing your pets into their rooms early if they are especially anxious around other animals.
Another service we provide is that instead of taking your pets into a back room for tests and diagnostics, we draw blood samples and administer vaccines in the room with you, the pet parent, so that your pets are more at ease with their pet parents and feel less stressed overall with you.
Welcome To The Family!
Tampa Palms Animal Hospital joined our family of local veterinary hospitals several years ago, serving pet owners from across Tampa Bay.
Previously owned by the wonderful and respected Dr. Ferrall, Tampa Palms Animal Hospital continues to practice the same high standard of veterinary care that they always have. The Tampa Bay Animal Hospital family will enhance the lasting relationships that are already in place, with additional team support and expanded service offerings.
We’re proud to help preserve and advance the long-standing tradition of veterinary excellence that Tampa Palms Animal Hospital has provided the local pet community!
We have also become American Animal Hospital Association accredited, so you can trust that we prioritize both excellence in patient and client care. At the heart of it, AAHA accreditation is about following the best practices and standards in the industry, keeping ourselves educated and up-to-date on all new veterinary medical guidelines is the best medicine.
We are also pleased to offer $50 off the first wellness visit for all new clients.

The Veterinary Care Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charitable foundation created for the specific purpose of helping veterinary practices fund the discounted and no charge care they generously provide to hardship cases, rescue groups or as good Samaritans.
Unlike other veterinary charities, 100% of every contribution to the Veterinary Care Foundation and its member practices go directly to improving the quality of life of pets and their people; all Foundation operating expenses are met by membership dues paid by veterinarians.
We make it easy for clients to donate, and all donations are tax-deductible. The foundation’s criteria for use of donated funds include such situations as:
- Good Samaritan cases
- Owners experiencing a financial crisis
- Elderly clients facing financial issues
- CareCredit denied clients
- Support for local service animals
- Local disaster relief
It’s about accessibility: we want to help animals find care, even when their owners can’t afford it. For more info, to donate, or to apply, click here.
