4th of July Parade- Route begins at Whiteway and Gillette.

From the Greater Temple Terrace Chamber of Commerce:

4th of July Parade- Route begins at Whiteway and Gillette. Runs south to Druid Hills, west to Ridgedale and south to the Temple Terrace Little League fields. Parade starts at 10 a.m. The grand marshals this year will be the Temple Terrace Community Arts Council. You may park on any side street that doesn’t state, “no parking.”

Evening Festivities are from 6-9 p.m., located at 1st Fairway of Temple Terrace Golf & Country Club, 200 Inverness Ave. (Between Belle Terre Ave. and Woodmont Ave. There will be food vendors and music. Fireworks begin at 9:15 p.m.

Fireworks will light up the sky at 9:15 p.m. and can be viewed from the first fairway of the golf course. Lawn chairs and blankets are OK, but please do not bring personal fireworks of any kind to the golf course! NOTE: Pets typically do NOT like fireworks and are very disturbed by the loud noise! It is strongly recommended that you leave the furry ones at home. Here are some tips  to keep them calm and happy during fireworks.
