Off-leash dog parks are an excellent way to socialize your dogs. But there is a considerable risk of them being exposed to intestinal parasites. A study shows that 1 in 5 dogs will be infected with an intestinal parasite that was contracted from an off-leash dog park. 85% of the stool samples collected from dog parks across the united states contained an intestinal parasite.

Intestinal parasites are widespread, and testing is done very quickly with a fecal sample. Your dog’s health can be enhanced with routine fecal parasite tests and a regular administration of medications effective against the most common infections.
