  Adult-Senior Every 12 Months
• Rabies Vaccination
  During First Adult AHP then Every 3 Years Unless Required Annually by law
• Distemper, Adenovirus & Parvovirus Titers (Vaccinate instead if indicated)
  Annually
• Leptospirosis Vaccination (4 Serovars)
  Annually Unless Veterinarian Elects Not To Vaccinate Due To Prior Vaccine Reactions or No Risk of Exposure
• Bordetella & Parainfluenza Vaccinations (Canine Cough)
  Every 6 Months if Exposed to Groups of Dogs (Kennel, Groomer, Obedience Classes, Dog Show, etc.)
• Lyme Vaccination
  Annually if Potentially Exposed to Ticks in the Northeastern and Great Lakes Regions
• Senior Health Group (Bloodwork)
  Annually Based on Age and Weight
• Breed Specific Screening – Chronic Hepatitis and Cardiomyopathy
  Annually
• Heartworm Antigen Test
  Every 6 Months
• Fecal Parasite Test by Centrifugation
  Every 6 Months

  Senior and Geriatric Based on Age and Weight

  Every 6 Months
• Fecal Parasite Test by Centrifugation
  Every 6 Months
