We have a new Morkie puppy that we bought from a local breeder. What shots does she need at what ages and how much is the first visit to your office?

CONGRATS!!! Our puppy visits are tailored to the individual needs of your puppy.  In general, puppies will visit us every 3 weeks until the age of approximately 16-17 weeks.  Over the course of these visits we will perform full examinations to detect any congenital problems, appropriate parasite control (for intestinal parasites and heartworms), administer the appropriate vaccines for your puppy, as well as help answer any questions that you may have such as behavior, house-training, feeding, or any of the other myriad of issues that may pop up with your new family member. Our comprehensive examination, vaccinations (will be discussed with you which ones are right for your new puppy), fecal parasite check (worms) and a de-wormer will cost between $90 and $170. The higher end would include a microchip for your puppy if she does not already have one. Her first dose of heartworm prevention and a sample of pet food will be included (FREE)!- Call us to schedule anytime.
