Our new and improved app experience makes managing their care easier than ever—helping you connect with our team, share your pet’s vaccine records, and book appointments with just a tap. (Bonus: That leaves the other hand free for petting!)

Tampa Bay Animal Hospitals will be discontinuing the use of our current app on <insert retirement date>. After that, you’ll be able to access all of our services exclusively through our new app, PetPage®. But don’t worry, our new digital experience is even more user-friendly and intuitive—so you’ll feel at ease right away!

Why we switched

Technology and veterinary medicine are constantly evolving. While our new app includes many of the same features you already know and love, it also delivers a user experience that matches our commitment to exceptional patient and client care. Loving your pet is easy, and caring for them should be, too.

What to expect: PetPage features

PetPage is designed to empower pet parents with more ways to care and the highest level of convenience. You’ll find many familiar actions, such as:

  • Appointment booking — Select your preferred time frame and reason for visiting, and request an appointment at your convenience.
  • Prescription refill requests — No need to call or wait on hold, easily view and request refills of your pet’s medications or food when you notice you’re running low. 
  • Information sharing — Keep your contact details and communication preferences current, and easily update your pet’s information.
  • Timely reminders — Don’t miss a thing with in-app messages about your pet’s scheduled, upcoming, or overdue care.
  • Pet ID — Easily customize and share your pet’s digital profile containing all their important information.

What’s different

With this upgrade, there are a few important changes.

  • Rewards program — Tampa Bay Animal Hospitals will be phasing out our current rewards program, but don’t worry—any rewards you’ve already earned will be automatically credited to your client account. We know many of you enjoyed the program, but we’re shifting toward simpler ways to say thank you for your loyalty and help with the cost of care—without making you earn points or wait to use them. 
  • Online pet portal (no download required) — View your pet’s basic health record, including vaccine information, anytime and from anywhere, via the online pet portal.  Simply log in from any phone, tablet, or computer—no app to download, no storage space needed. It’s the easiest way to stay connected to your pet’s health, especially if your phone’s already full of cute pet photos and videos!

Change can be difficult, but we think you’ll agree, this one’s as simple as sit, stay, shake.

  1. Download the mobile app from the Google Play OR Apple Store
    (you must be using your mobile phone in order to install the application).
  2. After you have installed and opened the app on your mobile phone, click the “sign up” button on the home page of the app. Enter the email address we have on your records, choose a password and click the sign up button.
  3. You will then be sent a confirmation email. Click the link in that email. Check your SPAM folder if you do not see the confirmation in your inbox.

You can then login to our mobile app to view upcoming appointments, healthcare reminders, refill prescriptions, request appointments and more!
