Hi my cat is 13 years old and still very active, eating, and drinking. He has had diarhea and is losing weight. When he does go, he seems like he has a hard time getting it out. Any ideas? Do you offer payment plans?

So sorry your boy is not feeling well.  Unfortunately, there are many causes for the symptoms you describe including infections, thyroid issues, immune driven illnesses, ingredient sensitivities, and cancer.  We start with a good exam and will most likely need blood work and a stool sample to start looking for the above causes. Some cats will need additional tests such as x-rays or a sonogram to pinpoint the problem.  As far as payment plans, we accept Care Credit which is akin to a medical credit card to help spread payments over several months.
